Queer Therapy Group
for Gay, Bi & Trans Men & Non-Binary Folk
A space to connect, heal and grow
Starts Jan 2026 alternate Wednesdays 6.45-9.15pm, London W1U 3PT
DO YOU….
• Ever feel like you don’t quite belong in queer spaces?
• Struggle to be heard or take up space in groups?
• Feel exhausted from masking or overcompensating?
• Often wonder if you’re doing sex and relationships “right”?
• Long to show up more authentically and unapologetically in life?
If you’ve answered “yes” to any of these questions then this dynamic therapy group, facilitated by queer therapists Rohan Barua and Benedict Hoff, may be for you! This a new group with space for a maximum of ten members operating on an open-ended basis.
WHAT IS GROUP THERAPY?
Group therapy is space where you can explore who you are – and who you want to be – in the company of others. Through peer support, group discussion and experiential process, we’ll co-create a space of authentic connection where you can heal, grow and dare to show up differently.
Common themes which might come up in the group include sex, intimacy and relationships or identity, belonging and intersectional challenges as well as stress, mental health challenges and significant life events.
The way these themes play out in our lives often show up in the group dynamic itself, presenting a unique opportunity to work through these relationally in a richer, more profound way than is possible in one-to-one therapy.
