Mindfulness Taster Workshops

Curious about mindfulness but not sure where to start? A one-hour taster session is a good place to begin.

We’ll talk about what mindfulness is and and what it isn’t, and how it can help with stress, pain, illness, and support better wellbeing, concentration, productivity and workplace relationships.

You’ll be led through some key meditation practices including mindfulness of the breath, mindful movement and mindful compassion.

By the end of the session you’ll have something to take away and use in daily life.
