for Cis and Trans Gay, Bi, Queer Men & Non-Binary Folk

A space to connect, heal and grow

Starts Jan 2026 alternate Wednesdays 6.45-9.15pm, London W1U 3PT

DO YOU….

• Ever feel like you don’t quite belong in queer spaces?
• Struggle to be heard or take up space in groups?
• Feel exhausted from masking or overcompensating?
• Want more from sex, intimacy and relationships?
• Long to show up more authentically and unapologetically in life?

If you’ve answered “yes” to any of these questions then this dynamic therapy group, facilitated by queer therapists Rohan Barua and Benedict Hoff, may be for you! This a new group with space for a maximum of ten members operating on an open-ended basis.

WHAT IS GROUP THERAPY?

Group therapy is space where you can explore who you are – and who you want to be – in the company of others. Through group discussion, experiential process and peer support, we'll co-create a safe, affirming space where you can connect, heal, grow and dare to show up differently.

Sessions are free-flowing in nature and there’s no set agenda. However, some common themes which can arise include sex, intimacy, relationships, identity, intersectionality, discrimination/oppression, challenges at work, family issues, mental health, as well as our hopes, dreams and aspirations.

Whatever participants bring to sessions, we'll pay attention to how the experiences of our lives "out there" might also be unfolding in the here-and-now dynamics of the group itself. In this sense, by harnessing the power of the group, we can work things through relationally in a more live, dynamic way than is possible in one-to-one therapy.

The group will particularly benefit those who want to get to know themselves better in relation to others, but within a queer space where there is shared experience of being on the outside, living beyond the "norm" or feeling Other.
